"Onsite staff have been amazing since we moved in. The gentleman by the name of Nick is amazing. Always positive and upbeat. Even when we’ve had issues he’s jumped in and made sure to get us taken care of. He even checks back in to see if the issues were resolved. Nick is truly a standout!"

"If I could give this place no star I would. The staff are great on the phone and when you arrive to the community they treat you good , however once you put in your application it’s a whole different side. No phone call no follow up saying one thing then another thing . I was told if I cancel the app in three business day I would get it back however now all of a sudden I can’t get nothing back. The process took longer than a week to find out if I’m even approved for an apartment . Other complex near the area and anywhere else does not take that long . Definitely get your information up front and have it notate it down so you don’t get scammed . Don’t waste your money you can go up the street and pay for a better community and customer service experience ."

"This place is the most frustrating, unaccommodating, unprofessional, and unethical complex I have ever lived in. When pipe bursts from the cold weather this past december my apartment was left with a whole in the wall, microwave dismounted, cabinets put on the floor, and just left my apartment in a complete disarray. They offered no valid timeline on completing the apartment renovation and this went on for over a month. I didn't receive money off for rent or any accommodations. Once the whole was finally fixed and cabinets were remounted my apartment was still filthy from their work with dust and trash. As a young tenant (22) I felt completely manipulated into thinking I didn't deserve anything for the inconvenience I was experiencing . Especially for the insane rent cost. Avoid this property"

"Don’t rent here , management will give you an apartment that has been plastered and painted over for years.Mold , insects and rodents all reside in the walls of the apartment units.Heating / Cooling systems are defective and you will not receive concession for your suffering.If you call and complain too many times or disrespect management out of frustration they will not renew your lease and up charge you an additional 500$ / month to month lease.They will not return your security deposit to you and will ignore your concerns , only buildings that they care about are display buildings A & F. Some units are being rented through Airbnb which management is profiting from for their own personal gains. Tanya Hicks is the property manager and she works for RKW residential , she’s been summoned in City of Atlanta court numerous time for the unlivable conditions at the complex and refusing to fix them.Instead she wishes to silence tenants who are exposing their corruption."
