"Jo is the most amazing leasing/ support person. From the moment we spoke on the phone after learning I needed to move in days she assured me everything would be ok and she would be able to get an apartment in three days. When taken on a tour the model unit was beautiful and looked exactly like my key word renovated unit. (Must have if you are leasing here) She even had snacks and goodies available. This was such a blessing and cute surprise. Jo worked diligently to get my application processed and timely responses via email or phone call. I love my unit and love that It is right by the meditation pond. Thank you sooo much Ms. jo."

"Good morning, I am writing this review because I live at Arium at Lenox Park. I moved to Arium at Lenox Park in August. I did a previous review upon me moving in and it has not gotten any better. I had a severe ceiling leakage in my apartment two weeks ago and it still has not been resolved. I emailed the leasing office, called the leasing office, sent in a maintenance request, and called emergency maintenance. The guy came last week and brought three blowers that I had to keep on for three days and again this week. I spoke with Joe from the leasing office initially and she was very nice, but it has been two weeks and I have heard nothing from the leasing office. My family visited me this weekend for my birthday and had to stay in a hotel due to the leakage in my apartment. My furniture was damaged. Its been a headache since I have been here. I returned my garage FOB due to someone always in my parking spot and I am still being charged for it although I sent two emails and physically walked into the office to ask them to remove the charges from my rent. have remained humble throughout all of these mishaps, But I am tired and miserable here. I very seldom, if ever, write a negative review, but this situation has affected me in so many ways. My next step is to contact BBB and the NEWS. I hope this review can help someone that is considering moving here."

"Jo was exceptional. She sold me the place the moment I walked in at the apartment complex. She showed me everything with acknowledge and was listening to all I was telling her, which I really appreciated. She understood my current situation and my needs. I am very pleased with all the staff and the process of moving was great, I felt like she was holding my hand and walking me in my new home. Thank you Arium's staff and specially to Jo. "Hey y'all hey, so I'm back with an updated review. I moved into this complex back in June and things have turned around. For starters, I think there should be a little grace given simply because there's new management so when they came in they were trying to fix multiple concerns. As y'all know my place wasn't all the way together at first HOWEVER after talking to them and coming up with solutions they fixed my problems. I can honestly say that I enjoy living here. It's a nice quiet area that's like 5 minutes maybe less from the city. My apartment has little to no issues. Like honestly I think the only problem i have is that the outlets don't hold properly but I just put an extension cord to fix that. other than that i personally don't have any problems. everyone in the leasing office have been extremely nice and communicated with me every step of the way. parking is ehh. but its a big complex and they have a parking garage for an extra monthly fee. overall i like the apartment complex "
