"The new management is exceptionally good. Mary Matveychuk, the new manager, goes above and beyond to make sure residents are happy. Also, the new staff is outstanding and very respectful and helpful. Maintenance staff is super cool too. Besides the good management, it’s a peaceful community and location to live at."
"My experience with this apartment community has been quite disappointing. The units are infested with cockroaches, and despite reporting the issue, the management has been unresponsive. The heating system is ineffective, running all day without raising the temperature. Additionally, the electricity bills are unexpectedly high and due to hidden charges like double sewer and water fees you end you paying then a lot than expected. The office staffs are so rude and unwilling to address concerns, making communication challenging. The designated children’s area is neglected, filled with dog poop and insects. Overall, leasing with them has left me feeling trapped, and the daily struggles don’t seem worth the money spent."
"Don't live here. The management is awful, and unhelpful. The appliances are cheap and stop working all the time and the management won't fix them. The staff are rude and pretty much useless. If you are thinking about living here DON'T it's an overpriced dump! Everyone I've talked to that lives here has had similar experiences. It's supposed to be a ''gated'' community, but the gate doesn't work most of the time, so anyone can come in. You have more security at a homeless shelter. Save your money and your sanity."
"This is a slum. My apartment regularly floods. I have reported this 15 times so far. The "contractor" they keep hiring has never attempted to locate the source of the flooding. The neglected flooding has compromised the structural integrity of the building that is now at risk of collapse. My heat has been running nonstop for 12 hours today and it's even colder than when it started. My ceilings lights rattle constantly from the upstairs neighbors who keep reporting me if I listen to music. All the lights dim if I turn on my any electronics. The infestation of black mold and insects are also hazardous. Edit: property management has chosen to ignore the three previous email chains and is attempting to gaslight me through yet another email about the work they have explicitly refused to complete."
"Update September 2023: I guess the first maintenance person assigned to fix the a/c didn't know what he was talking about. I submitted another ticket. Another person from the office came the next day, and now my a/c is blowing the coldest air I've felt since I moved here. All's well that ends well. I look forward to decreased electric bills. August 2023: First, let me say that Kiah in the front office is awesome! I always receive good customer service from anyone working there. My major problem with the complex is the a/c. I live on the third floor, and my a/c can almost never cool my apartment to my desired temperature -- 73 degrees. This means that my a/c runs constantly, barely keeping the apartment cool, which is uncomfortable and significantly increases the my electric bill. The temperature is usually stuck at 76 - 78 degrees, which really sucks during these summer months. I lived on the third floor in my last apartment complex, and the a/c had no issues cooling the apartment down. I'm guessing these a/c units are just old. I called maintenance because, when I first moved in, I thought it was broken, but they said this was normal, and the a/c just has trouble cooling apartments that are higher up. I'm writing this review because that's pretty important for people moving here to know."
