"My move-in experience was great. The application process and lease prep were simple and fast. I had a couple of initial maintenance issues and administrative hiccups, but these were resolved to complete satisfaction. Mrs. Young, the Property Manager, is always professional, caring and responsive, and the maintenance staff did a fantastic job on my repairs. I am very happy with my decision to move here!"

"My good people let me tell you about Greenbriar Glen Apartments…. I am so excited to move in today! It has definitely been a process and I can thank Mrs.Elicia for all her assistance in getting my new place. Do understand she is a busy lady but if you don’t get off hold of her emails are best or just be patient. The apartments are nice size 1&2, but no 2 bedrooms available. Come check it out and you will not be disappointed. 5 stars"

"Current tenant until my lease is up next October. Wouldn’t recommend because it take forever to get something done, I’ve been dealing with a bug issue because it’s vacant units out here and constantly keep going to the leasing office or emailing, I’ve had a water leak for over a year and I have emailed about it, taken pictures, called and it still hasn’t been fixed properly, my bathtub faucet still hasn’t been fixed and I have several emails about that, my light in my kitchen is still in and out and hasn’t been fixed. I pay 1,351 for one unit and can’t even have a bug free place. It’s always something. It’s quiet and old ppl out here but not worth it. On top of my car was stolen from the complex, did we add security or anything? No. They’ll give every excuse why they aren’t in office or the water will randomly be off and you won’t know until your home from work and can’t shower or cook. You can call the leasing place several times and good luck on getting an answer. Better off paying this high price in like sandy springs or something."
