"My husband and I lived at IMT Alpharetta for a little over a year. We LOVED it. The community was quiet and family-friendly, the management was responsive and helpful, and the location is great! Our favorite thing about this complex was the maintenance team. We have lived in a handful of apartment complexes, and IMT Alpharetta by far has the best maintenance team. I cannot think of a time we waited more than 24 hours for a repair request to be completed. AND they were on top of it in emergency situations. I highly recommend moving here. We wanted to stay - the only reason we moved was to be closer to law school for my husband."
