Make sure you get the correct brochure from them because the one I received led me to another apartment complex out of state that just so happen to have the same name. You will NOT be refunded back if you paid the fees through them. The brochure shown in the photos has led me to the incorrect website Other than that, the staff was great to work with."

"I stayed here for 5 years and of all the surrounding apts on Garden Walk Blvd, this was hands down the best property of them all. There were no issues of robberies nor crime like those other spots. Ms Tina , please disregard those negative comments, does her job very well as property manager. Yes, she has to be tough and make sure everything is running the right way, but that’s part of the job, and the tenants in the community comes with a lot of baggage at times. I would definitely recommend this property over any on garden walk!!!"

"I have been here for over a year. I love it here. The property is well kept and quite. I rarely see other tenants. The people in the leasing office have ALWAYS been extremely responsive to any concerns that I have had and respond almost immediately. I guess I'd rather have someone who is about their business than a friend when I need assistance from the office. The manager is matter of fact but that's not condescending to me. I feel comfortable coming home at any time. This place was a God send for me when I was looking for a place to live. Convenient to the highway and very accessible"

"I love this apartment. It is very quiet, neat and clean. Price is decent even cheap - if you need some time to save money or short in budget that's perfect place. I can't say good things about staff at the leasing office except the property manager. Even though Ms. Tina is very strict BUT SHE MADE THIS APARTMENT SO NICE LOOKING - she controls everything and at the same time she knows how to compromise. Maintenance reacts quickly on requests, i had a toilet leakage at 10pm, maintenance came in 20 mins and fixed everything. Pest controls comes on regular basis. Also if you keep this apartment clean then you won't have roaches.I don't have them at all. Be ready for apartment inspections at least twice a year but again the purpose is to keep apartments clean. There are some cons - people may wash their cars on the parking lot even though its not allowed, for some reason staff can't do anything about it. Some people have whole furniture sets on their balconies but i was told to remove 2 chair - double standards :("
