I was so impressed with him and the apartment complex overall that I decided to sign a lease. I moved in this week and so far so good, have no complaints and hope it stays that way."

Any issues I had with my unit, building and even mail he went above and beyond to solve it. The location, upkeep and communication are the top priorities when searching for a great complex and Marq Eight provides all 3. I give the complex 4 stars because I hate the package mail room. They are cubby holes in a locker room instead of actual individual lockers. It makes receiving packages a headache. But my experience with Branden being in the front office gets 5 stars. My fiancé and I are even considering renewing because we know we’ll be in good hands as long as he’s here running things!"
