"So my experience with Jefferson at the Perimeter has been nothing but positive. I applied and got approved the next day. Even upon moving, it was such an easy going process, definitely want to give a shout out to my leasing agent Tinuke. She really made sure I was good during the whole process and after. If you thinking about moving here I’d say definitely do it. Tell them you read my review lol."

"Jefferson at Perimeter does not acknowledge maintenance issues in a timely manner. Expect things to take at least 1-2 months. Communication from them is very poor. I’m waiting for an issue to be fixed in my apartment since June 2023 (now February 2024) and it’s still not fixed. I keep getting the run around and no one follows up. Everything from the gates to mailboxes to multiple railings going up steps are broken and don’t ever get fixed. Don’t expect to hear back from corporate either. They don’t respond to emails or send you to a voicemail but never respond. Ever since IRT living took over in January 2022, this place has gone downhill drastically."

"If you’ve ever paid a car note for a car that’s been a headache since day one, this is what living here has been for me. Moved into this complex a little over 6 months ago. Before I moved in I was unable to tour my unit due to it not being ready, then at the time of move in, they required I do a move in check list, listed everything I was dissatisfied with and requested a different unit. The property manager as well as project manager came in to view and take note of everything I listed and said they would get back to me. I sent follow up requests, absolutely no response. After about 2 weeks I went to the front office and asked about my transfer request. Was told I had to wait 6 months before I would be able to transfer and would be charged a transfer fee as well as move in fee. During 6 months I’ve done 2 police reports due to unknown individuals lingering at my front door during unusual hours of the morning, even with installed cameras they still come by. I’ve addressed this issue with the front office and even emailed the regional manager, no response. The mailboxes are damaged, therefore you cannot receive usps mail here. There are huge rats that run across the complex, my unit is infested with roaches and spiders. I’ve had pest control come out to help with this, no resolution. There’s a leak in my bathroom ceiling due to a building wide leak, maintenance came and sprayed over the mold opposed to removing it and fixing the ceiling. These are just a handful of the issues I’ve dealt with during my time here. I have since requested to terminate my lease due to not feeling safe in my unit. This has been an overall nightmare. The location is in close proximity to many restaurants, stores and the mall but i can assure there’s nothing luxurious about living here. About a month ago residents have stated that there’s new management in the leasing office so maybe things may turn around."

"Poor management, team that doesn’t work, don’t take any actions to your concerns that you face staying In the apartment. Trash guy never picks the trash timely and it stays outside your home even after paying for valet trash. They charge multiple services fee after your rent and then poor management. Small gym with no access other then office hours and they say everyone will get access cards but listening this since a month. Don’t waste your money and energy here by signing a lease. Many other apartments are nearby in this area with better services."
