"Old building, negligent maintenance stuff, ac don't work in summer and the heat doesn't work in winter, roaches, insects, washer dryer machine are from previous century fixed with screws on the nobs Sorry but the office number provided in this below response is not after hour voice-mail for ever."

"They have a pool which has been closed for more than a month in the summer time when people/kids supposed to be using it the most to spend some time in water, upon asking about when they are going to open it, they say: you can go to another community for pool. They reply some maintenance is going on but I check it everyday,never saw anyone working anything there. Looks like they are going to open it for winters. With this I understand that management is not good. Maintenance is not good. I have reached out to the number provided in reply, I was told they also don't know about re-opening of the pool. It won't be useful if it opens after few weeks, the weather won't be suitable enough to use it. If even after more than month, they don't know when it can be reopened, that explains about the quality of maintenance and management."

"Worst apartment complex EVER! I dealt with roaches, MAGGOTS on the ceiling in the bathroom with the manager stating, “maybe something is dead on the inside of the wall,” MOLD, the ceiling caving in due to leaks, the water heating leaking from the electrical room into my bathroom with subsequent MILDEW floors, chipped paint in the bathtub that cut my foot with maintenance refusing to fix because I did not renew my lease per them…maintenance stole my alexa devices and while alone with him in my apartment, instead of completing the maintenance request, he asked me if I had a boyfriend, my age, why didn’t I have kids, & to be a “personal Atlanta tour guide” because he “noticed the different tags on my car!” Save yourself & your family & AVOID THIS COMPLEX AT ALL COST!"

"Omg I love love this apartment complex! The property manager is just amazing and helps you through your problems and issues. Maintenance is quick and gets things done fast! I recommend this place to anyone it gave my family safe nest we called home. Great neighborhood too!"
