"So I give this place two stars only because of the area and because the complex is pretty quiet. (This is an update) I have lived in this complex for a little over two years now. The only reason I stayed was because my children were attending the neighborhood school. (That's a different story) Anyhow, I recently switched units due to my children and I being sick for over a year, back and forth to the doctor's and I couldn't figure out why. It was then that I realized that the air in the apartment was toxic. There was black mold and plenty of dust buildup and it was definitely in the air. We suffered tremendously. It was a hazard to our health. The roach issue here is also disgusting and when pest control comes out to spray, IT DOES NOT WORK! You are better off going out and buying pesticides that work better than when pest control comes out to spray behind the stove and fridge. The unit I moved into recently made my children and I sick AGAIN so I went out a bought a top-notch purifier that helped out a lot. With the new management company here, I will not be renewing my lease and I may even break it. The roaches in the new unit are a lot worse than in the old unit and what pisses me off, even more, are the double charges on the resident portal since new management took over that they care not to fix or adjust unless you address the issue and even when you do address it, they drag their feet in helping like a person can just give away money. I have been back and forth to the leasing office since the new management took over. Otherwise, all they did was install new mailboxes. THAT IS IT! You'll go through the runaround to get your issues resolved. Between the new management, the extra charges on resident's portals, and the roaches here,,,,,DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY FIRST AND YOUR TIME THEREAFTER. THEY DO NOT HELP HERE NOR DO THEY CARE."

"When I tell you this is the WORST and I mean WORST living experience I have ever endured. This place is filthy, there’s a big dumpster by the exit of the residence and trash is all over the road. My current place has a garage that has been damaged twice till the point the hinges and bolts came out and the garage is hanging literally by a thread as we speak. We called for help and they said there is nothing they can do. Then what’s the point of you working here and if you cannot adhere to the residence with an emergency? And it’s raining as I am typing this review so imagine that. There are rats on the property, and when we first moved in there was roaches. Before the new management came in we had people that were concerning and was fast when it comes to tasks or requests being made. Now, since the management has changed, it’s been a disaster. The new manager here has been disrespectful and rude. Anytime there’s an issue, especially an emergency maintenance issue they brush it off or doesn’t go out of their way to help. And, if you put in a maintenance request, expect it to be done within weeks. I’m surprised corporate hasn’t been involved . Oh and this is the kicker here, there was a lizard on my ceiling fan. I don’t even know HOW that lizard got into my home. Honest to goodness. If it wasn’t for my boyfriend, I would’ve been trapped with a lizard. So to summarize, this living experience isn’t worth the amount you have to pay. Changes must be made and it starts the employers. Point blank period."

"I have lived in the apartment complex for 15 months. The new ownership of the complex has been absolutely amazing. I have see. significant improvements just in the 3 months that the new company has taken over. You are probably reading negative reviews of the company before Randolph Perimeter , and rightfully so. The thing I love about the apartment is the location. Location is everything. I take the Marta to the airport frequently for work travel, the Marta is right beside the complex. I’m very pleased. The new Staff has always been very kind to work with."

"I have had the pleasure of meeting James Dennis, who is an awesome manager at The Apartment complex so far since he has been there, I have no complaint!! James is an absolute great young man who values his job and his goals for the residence that are here and for the future resident I just want to give a shout out and say thank you James for all you have done for me and my family as you continue to do well And make changes that are needed. It has thus far made the community a better place to live and be appreciated. Thanks again"

"I've been looking at several locations in the Sandy Springs area for my daughter to move into. I was greeted with great hospitality when I came into your location. The rental agent (James) was very knowledgeable and demonstrated great professionalism with my family. James answered all our questions and concerns with integrity and honesty. We are definitely highly considering this location in January. I feel safe moving my daughter in this complex!"
