Flats at North Springs

"I have lived here since October. I am a very quiet and low key resident and I do not like to write negative reviews but I have to be honest. Overall living here has been ok my biggest issue and concern however is the apartments lack of care to maintenance request. I have not had a working dishwasher since I moved here in October and each request I have put in has been canceled or I have been told someone was coming and they never show up. I would hate if something really serious goes wrong in my apartment because the odds of them fixing it in my opinion is extremely low. I pray each day nothing major happens because it just doesn’t seem like they care and no one should have to live this way. Please don’t move here if having maintenance issues in your apartment fixed regularly is a priority for you because it isn’t for them. Hopefully my issue will be resolved and I can write a positive review about living with all the pros but as of now I can’t because my experience with having the dishwasher issue fixed in my apartment has been absolutely terrible."

"My family and I have love living at the Flats at North Springs! The community is thriving and the management team is always willing to help in any way. You will always find a smiling face in the leasing office and they all work hard to make the community one of the best! The maintenance is prompt and follows up on issues/requests (for example, we just received word today that our replacement part for our washing machine arrived after they came two days ago to check out the issue)."

"This place deleted old reviews and it needs to be exposed. My old review exposed the disorganization and flat out disregard for safety. My new review is this place has rodents. You can see them by the dumpster at night by the gate. After Christmas travel I came back to find rat/mouse feces pellets in my garage leading up to my unit along with the carpet on the steps scratched and pulled up by the rodent. They said they would clean up the feces and did not, sent out an exterminator that left traps with tootsie rolls on them and that lead to more rodent activity and more feces being dropped every single day. I’m not cleaning this up every day. The office staff clearly doesn’t listen because my maintenance notice included photos and I clearly stated the feces is all over the stairs. The staff said that I need to clear the entire garage for them to clean the steps. Keep in mind my garage only has kid outdoor toys, my truck and the dirty trash can greystar left and the one First communities gave out. I’ve never used either of these trash cans as I take my own trash out since valet skipped my unit every time I tried to use it- and I’m still charged for trash valet. This place also quoted over $3000 for a 12 month renewal but listed my same unit (by unit #) for $2500 a week later online, not that I would ever renew here anyway but just letting others know this place is in no way worth $2500 so definitely not worth $3000. There’s literally something not working every week-don’t waste your time if you don’t want to fill out endless maintenance requests and then babysit to make sure it’s complete. This place is a joke."
