"This place is ran by slum lords. They have a bad attitude and they take you paying for rent for granted. They never fix any issue in your apartment. I had to spend money for my own handyman. I have to pull teeth to get pest control. The buildings are insulated and there is water leaks from bad foundation. I don’t care about what perks they offer to get you to lease. Don’t lease from them. RUN!"

"Hello, they recently bought my apartment building (Collier Flats). So far, our buildings are littered with bugs and we have yet to receive pest control services. Also, my thermostat hasn't been working for over a week, in the hottest season, and no one has been able to help. Maintenance was also incredibly rude. Do yourselves a favor and look elsewhere. I'll be back with all of the pictures of the bugs in our hallways for reference. :)"
