"These apartments was so beautiful when I first moved in now everything‘s breaking down how an apartment break down in two years children knocking at your door, screaming running through the halls garbage everywhere they don’t come and fix anything I have no air-conditioning. My heat only works if it’s on 75°, about to be roach infested an ant infested as well when it gets hot outside so if I had to recommend anybody moving there, I say not"

"worst place to live at the leasing office is trash no one informs us of when things happen and the leasing office won't pick up the phone looks good in photos until you pull up and its trash everywhere the application process must be easy to get in because its a handful of residents thats just nasty and cant forget the gate is broken so anyone can just come in."

"They routinely illegally boot RESIDENTS. The Booting company they hired will not take off the boot without payment. And they are off on weekends and regularly closing their offices during the week so there is no one to get in touch with. Horrible practice for LOW INCOME housing. I do not recommend this place."

"This apartment complex needs a lot of improvement. They have had constant trouble in this neighborhood. From cars being broken into to people being shot at and shooting shooting people that live here. There’s no parking and not only do they not follow the parking rules, but management doesn’t enforce it either. They just constantly give out tow warnings. The laundry connection smells like sewerage and instead taking care of it they give you a temporary solution which is pour solution down the pipe. I reported my refrigerator not working properly almost two weeks ago online and no one has come to see me yet. On the weekends it’s like a college dorm. People constantly getting drunk, high and yelling when they’re drunk and or high."
