"The staff are awful because they are rude and not considerate. Hud needs to remove government funding due to the fact that the living here is horrible because it's not safe or sanitary. Several units are without air condition. The professionalism of the owners, staff, and maintenance is terrible . Everybody in forest cove Apts let's get together and report them to hud so that hud will be forced to make them follow housing regulations , no one should have to raise children in a unsafe and unsanitary condition . Forest cove don't care about the adults but at least give a damn about the children of the community, they are innocent in the situation and the deserve an liveable home despite the fact of their economical status. Columbia property group I'm sure your family are not living in the terrible situation of these apartments ,so step it up , the staff is garbage so throw them out and get new staff with great customer service skills that want and will appreciate a job they allow them to help others. Just because some one is low income doesn't mean they don't want the best living environment for their family. Be more considerate, kind, and understanding."

"A Community That's very harsh and Terrible.Its constantly shootings, drug usage, fights and everything you wouldn't want your kids & family to be exposed to! I mean its crime everywhere you go but this environment here is a poor excuse.! Everything about it is awful! These apartment homes really need to be demolished!And the its been like this for years which would make you think Hud Urban Development would do a way better running these apartments! ! Its I can't understand why they are still being funded when they're continously failing Inspections thats doing right nu the tenants!"

"They need to rebuild or just remove apartments from this land period....the building are not even updated...the times have changed long ago...so whats the point of inspections???..its not making a difference to just keep putting band aids on things instead of fixing correctly"
