"I’m in the process of being evicted. Due to me being scammed. I have tired everything to work out something with Ms. Jenelle. Sister is so mean!!! If you don’t care I don’t care she told me. Came in my house twice to talk to me about a balance. My email and my phone number both work. I literally was on the phone that morning talking with Clayton County court. She said that I should take my money and just move. But if my new apartment sends a referral letter she’s going to tell the truth. Which would risk me losing the new place. She referred me to Chase Ridge which now goes by a credit score. I have asked for jobs and everything to keep my place. I see things that she doesn’t but see but she has a good staff on . The people above me have to be trying for a baby. Because I can hear everything and I mean everything. The young man over them loves to sit on his balcony and smoke and talk on the phone. His balcony is facing my room…. I can hear everything he does outside. The people behind my head have something going on. I also can hear when they are having a good time or the tv. It sounds like a movie theater. Their kids talk, run and skip and play by my windows. They slam doors and it’s been a lot of fussing coming from them….yes I have large spiders. I have water leaking from somewhere in the walls. The valet trash was good at first but stopped taking care of the back side of the apartments. I don’t even use it and they still charge you. The rent is extremely to dang high here…And it’s so many rules. Staff changes a lot!! Staff should fight for their tenants. Get someone who offers rental assistance to their tenants. Staff members have to get approval to get free money for the property….This property should be about $750 for a one. Two bedrooms should be able $1000 and Threes should be about $1200 Update: Evicted in the rain yall. The apartment has mold. Several lies were told to me. If I came up with the money I could stay, take my money and move…which one??? We never went to court, court was offering some funds to keep people in their homes. So that’s why I wanted to go to court. Don’t move here!!!"

"The application process was smooth but the apartment was not move-in ready the day of signing. So there were several issues that didn't get addressed until we had already moved in. I will say the management staff was more than empathetic and prompt in making sure our work orders were completed. And with this being my first place since moving back to GA and I'm actually glad I chose this complex."
