Collier Flats Apartments

"every month since signing our lease here they have charged us for things they weren’t supposed to. has gotten to the point now where we have to call EVERY MONTH and have them “correct it”, i use quotation marks because they do not get it fixed. this made it increasing frustrating to work with these people. the floors in the apartments are uneven and not level. they changed ownership without informing us and started doing all our billing through a different company. their “amenities” are a lie. their “gym” is a room with one treadmill, their pool is at ANOTHER APARTMENT COMPLEX way down the road. over all i would NEVER recommend living here."

"i have been leasing with them through the Collier Collective for the last 4 months and without fail they have over charged me EVERY month. i have had to call and argue to have charges corrected MANY times and it’s consistently not corrected before rent for the month is due, making it look like we have unpaid charges. this month i called three days a head, nothing was done. two days ahead, nothing was fixed or done. the DAY BEFORE RENT WAS DUE, and NOTHING was done. i am posting this review the day rent is due and our charges are still incorrect. we consistently get a bill for not having renters insurance when EVERY MONTH i have to make sure they still have mine on file, which they do they just keep charging me incorrectly. the service here im the financial side is extremely frustrating."

"We enjoyed live here, but we found a house and decided to move out. The location is very convenient - grocery stores, parks in walking distance and good school zone. Apartment is very comfortable. But air conditioner was loud in our apartment, that's why I put 4 stars instead of 5."

"We can't wait to move out of the place. The maintenance isn't only nonresponsive, they make excuses about not having basic tools to maintain an apartment as a reason not to perform. We have spent approximately 4 months waiting and trying multiple times a month to get maintenance and pest control with no results. When we moved in years ago the old owner had strict rules that said no felons or child tenant predators allowed. We recently checked the online database and apparently they now allow kiddo hunters. Check family watchdog dot us you will see."

"When I tell you all the property manager for Collier is the truth!!!!! IAN IS THE TRUTH!!! after applying to so many apartments in GA and not being approved, wasting so much money, He told me apply with legit information and make 3X the rent. I was VERY hesitate but Mannnnnnnnn I was approved in LESS than 24 hours. Highly recommend these properties!! Credit really isn't a problem but If you have any evictions and things like that don't bother. But hey, you might can still try. Thanks Ian!! You're the man!!!"
