"I’ve had nothing but bad experiences since the new management team has started. It seems to me that they are very money hungry and charge you for every little thing. And there’s a lot of hidden fees and they add charges to your rent without discussing anything with tenants."

"I moved in December of 2020 and moved out Jan 2024. I cannot say with enough certainty that no one should live here. The apartments themselves are ok. They are old but they are fine. However the new owners that took over in late 2023 are the worst people I’ve ever worked with. They are rude and greedy. I called today to ask after my security deposit and was told I owed money. It’s been almost a month since I moved out and I hadn’t heard anything. She told me she hadn’t even sent the letter until I called today. She said I a certain amount for my water/sewage even though I have a signed document from my move out date that says I owe less than the stated number. Then she said I owed almost $140 for clean up fees for the bathroom counter. Was my apartment perfectly clean- no. I wouldn’t claim that but normal wear and tear is covered in a move out clean and there is no way that anything left was more than a normal clean. Especially considering I had mold in my vents and when I reported it they said “oh we can replace the vents”. I asked them to check the ducts for mold and they refused. So I had to live in a moldy apartment for months. Or perhaps it was them not taking necessary action to get rid of the my neighbors roach infestation. I had to have pest control come every few weeks for months. I told them it started after a neighbor moved in and they did nothing. The pest control person even confirmed to me that the infestation wasn’t in my apartment. So after living in these conditions, they want to tell me that I owe them money because the apartment wasn’t move in ready???? That’s fine though because I have extensive videos, emails, and photos so I will be calling my lawyer and having them take over dealing with this. This complex thinks they can bully people and that is absolutely unacceptable. Don’t live here. They are slumlords."

"I used to really like living here. However, ever since the old management team left, things have gone down hill. a few months ago transferred units due to water damage. At my new unit, 2 days after Christmas after only being here for ~2 months, the water heater burst on the unit above mine while I was out on vacation. The apartment was completely flooded and the walls were soaked. Tired of dealing with water issues, I asked management to just cut my lease so I may find another place to live or to transfer me to another unit so they could do the necessary repairs to the unit. I was told: "No, that's just part of multi-family living." To add insult to injury, while I'm 800 miles away visiting family for the holidays, no information or guidance was given by management. I was the one that had to call them to find out that they were indeed sending people over to restore the apartment. When I reached out to my insurance, they asked me if I was told by management to find temporary living arraignments since they have machinery in the unit, they threw all of our belongings out into the living room, and the HVAC unit has been shut off -- Plot twist, they didn't. I had to cut my vacation short so I could come home and deal with the issue myself. Right now, my apartment smells like wet drywall and musty shoes, I can't hear myself think because the blowers are so loud, and it's cold since the HVAC has been shut off. If you're thinking about moving here, don't. I'm going to be calling the county's inspector so see if there are any potential risks of mold."

"Well, it used to be nice. Had a five star review here before! After living here almost two years I can say it’s gone downhill tremendously. All of our favorite staff in the leasing office quit very suddenly a few months back shortly after the complex came under new ownership. Since then, the response time on maintenance requests has doubled (if they ever even acknowledge it), our fire sprinklers have gone unrepaired, our gate sat broken (open) for months, and we’ve been hit with new fees for non-optional “services” that just make getting your packages more complicated. That’s not to say it was perfect before. Mold was just painted over, only to regrow through it. Our A/C filter looked like it had never been serviced before when we checked it. And the longer you live here, the more you can see just how many corners were cut in construction and maintenance. Points for the convenient location and the nice guys on the maintenance staff. But otherwise? You can find a nicer place for the money you’ll be spending after all the hidden fees that get tacked on after you live here a few months."
