I must go out of my way and say how wonderful, professional, and quite honestly just down to earth respectful Janelle Mitchell was. She is the Assitant Manager of this property. She is great at her job and clearly wants whats best for her tenants/customers. Thank you Janelle for all your help. Belmont Place should be thankful to have you on their team."

"I had an extremely disappointing experience with Belmont Place. Their lack of responsiveness and poor management have left me frustrated and dissatisfied. From the beginning, attempting to communicate with them has been a challenge. Multiple attempts to reach out went unanswered, leaving me in the dark about important matters regarding my lease. It's disheartening to see a leasing company neglecting basic communication, especially when it involves their clients. To make matters worse, there have been instances where I felt my money was held without any valid reason. Belmont Place displayed a lack of transparency and failed to provide clear explanations for the withholding of funds. It's disconcerting when a company doesn't prioritize the financial well-being and trust of its clients. The management of Belmont Place seems to be a significant issue, as my concerns were consistently dismissed or ignored. It's unfortunate to witness such a disregard for customer satisfaction and basic business ethics. I strongly advise potential clients to think twice before entering into any agreements with Belmont Place. My experience has been frustrating, and I hope sharing this review prevents others from facing similar challenges with this leasing company."
