The cigarette butts on the stairs, the trash left on the stairs it's just nasty. The Valet trash service doesn't do a good job with picking up the trash. It seems they one when they choose to."

"Your man did the best they could the plumber came and toke up my toilet and rod it out the drain full of roots and it going to happen again but they broke one of the screws and it rocks i talk to one of your man he said they take care of it and for that reason I'm not worry."

"I came to the property 4 different times before I was actually showing a unit 3 of the times I scheduled an appointment and nobody called to tell me I wouldn’t be able to tour a unit. It felt like it was always an excuse as to why I couldn’t see a unit one time I was told the units weren’t available for tour because of evictions just happened, the next time I came I was told I couldn’t see a unit because the rep was only there to collect rent, the third and fourth time I was told by the rep that she didn’t have keys to the unit. The lack of care shown by the workers is sad, when I finally went on a tour I was literally given a paper and that was about it she did not talk about the unit or anything she said all of the information was on the paper. If that is the type of service you get when trying to tour the property I could only imagine the service/care you would receive as a tenant."
