Ms. Carmen was very helpful and the tour guide was unforgettable, she showed me the amenities while speaking with me to know more about myself and held a detailed conversation to fulfill my needs in what i was searching for."

"Please don't move in Parkton Apartments they don't fix any thing Robert the maintenance person does he best he can the other maintenance person talks to residents about Mr.Robert so unprofessional . The young lady in the office tells the residents business to other residents, they need to hire professional people.Because the residents business is not for their neighbors to know.. Ms Brittany was the best, Paulina threatened people,there have been several shootings in the apartments, roaches,rats, raccoons, cats running around rude people in the rental office , they all needs to be fired. Except Mr.Robert because he does his job . And the way you all Fired Ms. Brittany while she was on Maternity Leave was very Cruel , she did her job... The people there now is a joke take a survey you will find out"

"PLEASE DO NOT MOVE HERE! The maintenance is terrible, the rent is sky damn high with absolutely no upgraded amenities, there are also thieves on the premises who live there! You stuff will be stolen! They also micromanage the swimming pool for the simple fact of them not wanting to constantly clean the pool! Trust me there are better places that’s charging 2000 worth of rent for a two bedroom. Don’t be stupid and make this your home like I did."

"3 stars at best! I have been living here for a few months and I have been fooled. I don't feel safe living there considering the gate has been broken since I moved in. They told me when I first moved in it was broken and being worked on. I talked to some residents that has been living there for a while and they said that the gates are always broken. Both the entrance and exit gate are broken. The dumpster is in front of the leasing office and it always look like a dump with overflowing trash. The resident also told me that the pool was not open last year and don't have high hopes for it to be open this year. Maintenance is a joke considering they have ONE maintenance man for the entire apartment complex, he try to do the best he can. Everything in the apartment is cheap and easily broken, especially the blinds. If you have kids and looking forward to a great play ground, DON'T. Just don't have high expectations for the "amenities" they advertise on their website. I can't wait to move when my lease is up."
