"I wouldn't recommend anyone to move here. I was there for 4 years by not my choice I had to get my life together but they had a lady stay there with stray cats and I was getting ate up and they didn't do anything to accommodate me. They didn't fix stuff or cleaned they hallway but wanted the money on time. I had no new appliances or even cleaned carpet every lease. I felted trapped and was unhappy, but I finally left and didn't get no deposit. bk was told to me its cleaning fees and replace carpet smh SMH, don't they replace carpet everything someone moves. Smh. Keep it. I'm glad I'm gone."

"I’ve lived in Mableton Place apartments for almost 2 years now and so far it’s been a good experience. The office ladies are always really helpful and maintenance gets back to us quick whenever we need something fixed."

"I wish I could give zero stars. My father lived here and He passed away during the beginning of Covid always paid his rent on time and never broke his lease. However I reached out to the property manager, horrible attitude all the while laughing through the phone, to see why I have yet to receive his security deposit back and this woman actually told me that he doesn’t get a security deposit back due to him passing. She also stated that she would get back in touch with me once she went over his lease… so I then asked her do she have my name or number and she replied that she doesn’t like my attitude lol not once did I ever have any form of attitude I simply wanted to know if she at least knew who to get back in contact with and my number and she just went completely in a different direction. I’m at a loss of words for how this woman actually handled business and conducted the phone call. Also since when passing away means your heir can’t get your security deposit?? This is a horrible establishment from the complex condition to the management down to the customer service."
