"My friend was TRYING to move in here she talk to the lady before October the lady called her and told her that she was approved but the apartment wasn’t ready ok she was being very patient with the lady the lady was very unprofessional with paper work lack of communication didn’t contact her until she called her to tell her to come look at the apartment we get there she wasn’t there but when she showed up she hesitated that tell my friend that she couldn’t see the apartment at the time but she called her to come see it that she would contact her after the new year lady told her in the beginning that rent was 785 so in stead of her letting her know in the beginning that the rent was going up to give my friend the opportunity to make a decision if that’s what she wanted to do but instead dragging her long just because they didn’t want her to pay the 785 which was the price in the beginning before the first of 2022 Ms Audrey was very unprofessional I don’t recommend to go there I give them no STARS"

"I moved in January of this year and during my 7mnts mr. lawnson has been doing the most. He don’t respect your privacy and he monitor who come in and out your apartment and tell you that you can’t have company or visitors and he have a lot of peoples in the apartments who he have watch you and go report back to him and tell everything you do. He makes his own rules and when you receive his lease you also receive a three page letter with only his rules on them that he done sat down and wrote."

OH AND THUS IS THE BIG RENT IS DUE BETWEEN THE 1ST AND THE 3RD WHEN ITS SUPPOSE TO BE THE FIRST THROUGH FIFTH OF THE MONTH . HE MAKES HIS OWN RULES .AND WHEN HE ASKED YOU TO LEAVE HE MAKES HIS OWN RULES ON THAT TOO CAUSE HE THINKS YOU DONT KNOW THE LAW . GUESS WHAT HE KEEPS THE YARD NICE TO TRAP YOU TO COME LIVE THERE . ROACHES AND RATS RUN THIS APARTMENT COMPLEX NOT MR. LAWRENCE !"

"Horrible place. This place need to be reported and close down asap. The worse place to live ever. Mr Lawrence is a terrible landlord he does nothing dont fix nothing. The whole complex has roaches and rats in all of the buildings."
