"I don’t even know why the incompetent and completely ignorant management team even responded with the generic response when they know how rude and unprofessional they are. If there is a 5star rating, beware because someone paid a friend to write a review. Where do I start, it’s so much. The office: will lie and speak to you in the most rude and unprofessional manner they can think of even when they are wrong. When it’s time to renew the lease, they will send back dated information and paperwork threatening to increase rent or for you to vacate even after you have called several times to get your business handled. Doesn’t matter who you speak with: Latisha, Christie, Brittany, Vivian or the one one that looks like a poodle whose smoke crack for their entire 20s, they all have something slick or smart to say. Spoke or the phone with Brittany and Christie the other day about recertification and was trying to explain my issue and she cut me off saying she didn’t want to hear me or what I had a complaint about. They are dismissive and delusional and will try and make it seem like you’re the only person who has the issues that you complain about: mildew, mold, roaches, bad reception no matter if you have Wi-Fi or not. The maintenance: they seemed to have changed the maintenance team. I will give them a chance before I go completely in because they seemed to have gotten rid of the maintenance men who were going into peoples apartments to hang out, smoke and sell weed like they were invisible and no one could see them and like people were not talking about it smh. The complex: a mess and EXTREMELY unsafe. You will have detectives walking around knocking on your door asking for help with a shooting/murder. You will come through the gate and there will be several squad cars and yellow tape because a chick named “SHOOTER” decided to come on the property with an SK and shoot up a building adjacent to the leasing office and murder a man. You will receive several emails warning you about people selling masks for the sole purpose to drug you with the mask then rob you. The complex will wait until the back looks like a landfill before sending someone to clean up and the personnel will not even attempt to come to the very back. I know someone reading will say why not just move and trust me I’ve been trying but the prices are way too much. The only reason why I’m sticking with it is because it used to be very affordable but they raise the rent every year. They will come and inspect your unit but NEVER follow through with the maintenance issues that are found. In closing, let this place be the last result like if you are homeless and just moving from a shelter. Read the reviews. Everyone can’t be here telling the same lie. Update. Since this review, my car was broken into twice and stolen once. Two times within a 4 month period. The last time my car and my neighbor’s car were broken into the same night. When I said something to the office and the maintenance guy, he cut me off to say his sister’s car was stolen from here too as if to say that I’m not the only person who it’s happened to. Crackheads live directly above my unit and fight 4 nights a week between the hours of 2am-6am. I’m trying right now to move because they went up an extra 248 per month on my unit but they are not responding to the person who has to verify my information. I’m literally sick from the mold and mildew that their contractor said was causing the black and green stains in the apartment. I’m so sick of this place. Please don’t bother coming here. It’s not worth the money…"

"EDITED: I have been living here close to a decade and NOTHING has been renovated. Not the complex and definitely not my apartment. That want to go up on the rent every year but I still have white appliances. #theghetto I have been living here for almost 7 years and each year I have seen its decline. I pay for amenities that are never available…fitness center, pools etc. I’m being completely honest when I say in 7 years the fitness center has never been opened. On top of paying for amenities I can’t use, my apartment or the complex hasn’t been updated since I moved in. I’m honestly embarrassed of this complex. The gate is always broken and trash is everywhere! All you see is trash and stray cats. Good luck with getting any maintenance requests taken care of. I put major/emergency requests that have yet to be taken care of. My ceiling leaks when it rains, my oven goes in and out so my food never cooks properly, my floor has dips and dents. The wall paper in my kitchen is old and peeling…I could go on but my main issue is the ROACHES! Omg. I get a new roach infestation every 6 months or so. It’s not because my apartment is dirty. I live alone and always keep my house clean. I can’t get rid of the roaches! I called every two weeks to have pest control come to my apartment but I still always see a bunch of roaches. It is doing something to me mentally. They are everywhere!"

"Do not move here they don’t fix nothing they never pick up the phone and it’s always excuse after excuse I’ve been here three years and it’s a nightmare my Cabinets are falling off the wall I’m starting to get roaches the breezeways are filthy and you can never talk to the property manager…. I know we might be getting subsidize housing but you still deserve to be treated Like humans.. Oh and the shootings out here or terrible…. Oh and they don’t notify you when someone’s coming to your unit to fix a problem they just come six months later saying they have a work order that was placed six months ago…… These are minor things that I been complaining about since I moved here……. Update 6 months later still waiting on my maintenance request nothing is being fixed the smell is horrible. I was promised that a contract worker was coming to fix my maintenance request but unfortunately I’m still waiting …… Up date!!!!November 27,2023 We’ll I be darn These kids, Destroy everything on this property I haven’t received mail In two months, this is just unacceptable and no one can tell me who’s job it is to fix this problem … oh, and sometimes it’s so much trash on this property Raccoons chase you Like they taken over!!!! It’s scary"

"This place is a has very poor living conditions from the mold and orange peel on the walls maintenance men does nothing at ALL!! I currently live her and wanted to give anybody who's looking for a home to please look else where. The gates never work!! My windows in my apartment doesn't open for sure that's a safety hazard. No need to ask for a manager they are never available!! Buildings needs pressure washing community is always dirty!!"
