"We were very glad to find this beautiful new community of townhomes in such a great, central location in Atlanta. The property was as nice as represented in photos, and they were actually more spacious inside than I had anticipated. The new construction on the rest of the property seems to be coming along nicely as well. Erica, the property manager, was so helpful and guided us through the application process, which was very quick and seamless. I'd recommend checking out Empire if you are looking for a great rental property with more of a neighborhood feel."
"The townhomes are beautiful and modern. Before I elaborate on the property I have to discuss my experience with Erica, the property manager. Her customer service was amazing! She was genuine, patient, and sincere. She answered all my questions thoroughly. She made me feel welcomed as soon as I walked through the office door. This company that owns this property clearly understood how important the first point of contact is when potential renters stop by. Granted, the townhouse is amazing! The interior color palette and design is gorgeous. Two car garage, stainless appliances, and washer/dryer. The exterior colors are vibrant and unique as well. This is not a paid or discounted review. I wanted to leave a review because I personally rely on reviews for EVERYTHING! lol. This property is extremely new so I wanted to leave a review to help someone else. I literally have no complaints. The property is beautiful and Erica was by far the most professional and kind leasing manager I’ve interacted with! If you’ve lived in other luxury apartments, you know most times the staff has a nasty attitude. I think that’s why I was so excited about this one… Beautiful townhome and great management!"
"Touring, Empire Rental Living at Metro was one of the best tours I had in the Atlanta area. Erica is very pleasant and knowledgeable. She answered all the questions I had throughout the whole tour. The 3 level townhome is beautiful and truly a place to call home!"
