"I have lived here for 3 yr mostly everything has been ok but our car windows are being broken out monthly if not weekly management don’t think we need security for our safety the management feel this is just there job, they work and go to there Homes, but it’s ok not to security our home. Seniors don’t move out as fast. They try to run things like it is regular housing they don’t care about seniors safety where we can have peace of mind, they don’t care. They say it’s a police problem and won’t help."

"I was thoroughly impressed with the grounds and the overall facility! Clean, spacious and well kept! I have been trying to convince my Mom to move to Georgia with me for various reasons but more so for better healthcare options and to be closer to family! While my Mom wanted to retain her independence I was very hesitant to entertain her living alone again and dead set against Senior Housing! It wasn't until I spoke with Shade and saw the facilities in person that I was pleasantly surprised. Shade has been the most helping and welcoming, patient and knowledgeable! I am overjoyed and so very thankful for Shade! She has been working with me and I couldn't be more grateful! and when I shared the video of the space with my Mom, she LOVED it! Thank you for your support! It has made all the difference! We look forward to move in day!"

"I've been here for a year & a half and it's been a good experience. My apt. is nice and the complex is quiet & kept up. There's a new walking trail across the street from the complex, which is great for exercise. Hopefully with all the new building happening in the area, it doesn't interfere with the dynamics."

"The place is new small as all senior housing is now the fixters are low quality I have seen better in the other new senior housing don't like the closet not being private must walk thru to bathroom everything can be seen by everybody not easy to store things cheep painted walls island a bit large for the space if you don't know the difference you don't know"
