"The units are reasonably priced, clean/well-maintained, and located in a safe area‐ close to downtown Jasper. The property manager/broker is prompt, friendly, and very helpful. However, their application/initial fees are pricey in comparison to others in the area, strictly adhere to pre-approval requirements, and tenant is responsible for all utilities & washer/dryer."

"I was gone apply but I could never get anyone to answer the phone and when they did it was always go to the website but I was asking them because my eyes honestly hurt I work from home on computer screens and had been looking all day for a place and was honestly exhausted the lady called back with attitude saying I called multiple times like why I even had to call multiple times I can tell that all reviews are true they don’t even answer for prospect tenants so I know they ain’t answering for their tenants all the bad reviews and look at the ONE they decided to respond too. I will be looking else where for a home"

"Avoid renting from these people if you can. They were terribly unresponsive to maintenance requests and will charge the tenant for them at every opportunity. When they do respond they can be very rude and condescending regardless of flawless payment history or credit score. They will do regular "check ups" where they come to the residence and take photos of the space as you're living in it. Upon move out they charged $600 for painting normal wear and tear and $450 for cleaning regardless of extensive efforts to cover the cleaning requirements yourselves. They have every intention of keeping 100% of the security deposits."

"I’ve been in the same rental property for 3 years. Rent spiked $300 earlier this year. I renewed the lease as there’s nothing available right now anywhere else and I was going through a divorce at the time. This month (august) I paid my rent on time, however, the payment was returned for some reason that didn’t even involve me. They charged me a $50 return fee, PLUS a $150 late fee because when it was returned, it was then considered “late”. I texted Glenda immediately to see if anything could be worked out since I had no control over the return. I didn’t get a response. That was Friday, 8/5. On Sunday 8/7, ANOTHER $150 late fee hit. I texted Glenda AGAIN asking what was going on and asking for help regarding all the accumulating fees to which she just told me I had to pay them all, regardless of the fact if I was responsible for them or not and said the eviction process would start the next day if not paid in full. I unfortunately had to throw down the extra $350 because she started ignoring my texts. I’m a single mom of 3, I’m doing my best and I always make sure they get paid. It was disgusting the way I was treated after so many years. Stay far FAR away from their properties. They don’t care about you."

"Glenda has been wonderful to work with and we love the home we are renting. We just renewed our lease and have been completely satisfied with our experience. When the water heater went out, it was replaced within 48 hours and when the furnace went out one evening, it was fixed the next morning. That is beyond any experience I have had in the past and I truly appreciate how easy it has been to work with Georgia Rental Group. Everyone at the office and everyone who has come out to our house have been incredibly friendly and helpful. This is a company that you can trust."
