"Do not move here!!! They have a bad rat problem. Rats are In the units in the walls in the atticks. Phillipia Walker who is the leasing office manager does nothing and has an attitude problem. Leaks everywhere. Mold everywhere will post rat pictures next. Rent is 1600 for the rats to be your neighbors."

"Its very spacious. The complex is under new management, Britney is the bomb when it comes to getting you in and making sure that whatever you need she will make it happen. Pretty quiet. Nice playground. I also read the many reviews but when I moved in my ac unit went out and they came to look to see why in a timely manner and ended up ordering me a new one. Britney is awesome and very nice."
