"Scheduled a viewing online for a Saturday. Upon arrival at the property, I was greeted by a friendly stray dog who escorted me to the office steps. I was told by a "hard working individual" who was hanging out in a locked leasing office with some fella that seemed perplexed, that viewing was not done on the weekend due to staffing shortage. This shows either the breakdown in communication between the on-site staff and corporate or the piss poor hiring practices. Would not recommend even attempting to get residence here. Save your application fee of $225"

"It's January 13th and this is my first night at my apartment since signing my lease Dec. 19th, because the assistant msnager said she would put on a work order for stuff to get fixed in my apartment. I stepped in the doors on January 3rd to check everything so i could start moving things in, and still having nothing done. Since then, I was told to contact the leasing office to speak about the issues, and I did several times, but no one answers the phone or returns calls. I waited all day to get a call, but nothing, I tried visiting them today but the doors were locked. I have tried to shower tonight but the water backs up with nasty stuff from the drain. Tried to use the toilet in the same bathroom and the toilet is leaking. Not only that, I noticed the air intake vent isn't even connected to the ac unit. Also, whoever painted over the tile and tub did a terrible job cause its chipping and painted over mold on the walls and painted over chipped areas that should have been touchedup or resurfaced befor hand. I need this stuff done expeditiously at least in the bathroom as not getting to shower or use the toilet is not acceptable."

"I honestly don't know where to start. I guess starting from the tour, which really wasn't a tour. I was rushed through a virtual video and handed application instructions and that was it. That didn't deter me though. I applied and was approved. I got the apartment I applied for and a move in date. Prepared to move I got a call last minute saying my apartment wasn't ready because it needed to be cleaned. I got a move in date for the next day and when I came it still wasn't clean. There's paint on the stove and the counter that surround both the stove and sink are warped were everythingis crooked and wont close correctly. Found dead bugs in drawers and painted over dirt and hair. The air intake vent is broke. They painted over dust on the air vents. There is an exposed hole in one of the bedroom closets. In the other bedroom there is water damage to the ceing in the bedroom area as well as the closet. The ceiling is bubbled and chipping on the bathroom as well as both drains have stuff in them. There is paint on the toilet. All light switches and outlets are dirty. There is also a random towel in the kitchen sink drain and bugs. There was a laundry list of things the leasing agent said would be fixed, replaced, repaired, and done; and that she submitted a work order for them to be completed. I waited 2 weeks to move in, to give them ample enough time to make the changes and repairs so that they have space to do so without me or my stuff in the way. It is now the 3rd of January and it's my first time stepping back into the apartment and nothing has been done or touched. Everything still looks the same. Also, the lease say there's no smoking, but it smells like weed and old stale cigarettes especially when the air/heat comes on. I wanted to write this upon first getting my place but was trying give them a chance of redemption but that didn't happen. I'm highly disappointed. So far my experience has been horrible."

"When I initially moved in Arielle was a big help for me. She was super helpful and always reassured she would try. Now that she's left NOBODY and I mean NOBODY answers those phones. I would not recommend this place to anyone, you'll be saving yourself time and money. Since being here I've had my closet knocked down and that was down for months, I've had a ant infestation literally called the office for her to say she was putting my name on the list and NOTHING. Nobody came! Paying for pest control for NOTHING. And the monthly clogging of the pipes which causes leaks all over and damaging everything. There is barely Heat when it's cold and Air conditioning when it's hot. It's Ridiculous! Definitely don't think i'll be renewing my lease. If I could rate it a ZERO I would. It's disgusting how they treat us and loose genuine people that care!"

"Greetings, I lived at Manchester Ridge Apartments since late May. This is my first apartment I ever lived in, I can call mine, and I am happy with the service given. Brittany helped me to get in my place with next to no problems and I thank her. Carlos was very helpful with making sure my AC unit didn’t leak anymore. Thank you Carlos!!! Justin and Arielle made sure contractors came in a timely manner to fix the ceiling in my children’s bathroom. Very professional and determined to help out. Also, I see the maintenance men walking around all day long, heat or raining, going from unit to unit helping out. They are very hard workers. Although I feel like this complex needs more maintenance staff to alleviate the pressures, the ones I see do their job. I appreciate y’all!!!
