"Save yourself the hassle and just don't move here. If I could give it zero stars I would. I've lived here about 2 weeks and I have put in a total of about 10 work orders. Which get closed out without the repair being done. The staff that answers the phones and help with the application processes are not on property. They are all located outside of the country. So they have no clue what is actually going on at the property. They have a whopping 1 person that works in office and she's severely overworked. They have one maintenance person, of course he can't handle the work load. There's no organization or efficient communication. The pool isn't open and I'm sure it won't ever be. The day I got my keys I was told there was an issue with my ac(red flag) and that there had been a work order put in & that the hvac repair person was at the sister property and would be over to fix it that day...lies. I'm on my 3rd work order for the ac. When I toured the property I was told I would have full sized laundry room. So I ordered a washer and dryer set. Once the set is delivered, the men doing the installation come looking for me because someone plastered over the area where the dryer vent leads to the outside. So I have a dryer that can't be used because someone came in and plastered and painted over the the dryer vent area. Mind you, the dryer vent area was open when I got my keys. I know because I checked. So, someone came into the unit unannounced and covered the vent. Out of all the things that could be fixed... you choose to make something inoperable. Why? Oh, and once you have a certain number of work orders in, they have a member of staff that calls you to ask if the work orders are being taken care of...girl get off my phone. They know they don't have the staff and resources here to run a property as it should be run. But they're allocating resources to call center reps(that's what I call them) in another country. Hire more property managers and maintenance."

"I can’t believe I wasted my morning by going to the apartment complex and not tour the unit I requested. I reserved to tour a 1 bed 1 bath apartment, but all 1 bedroom units are under construction. Why was I not notified this before my scheduled appointment? What made the 5 minute tour more frustrating is the new leasing agent didn’t have no knowledge to answer my questions. He told me to apply online. Now I’m back at square one. This experience was highly unprofessional and inconsistent of what Polaris at Camp Creek advertised."

"I've been living in these apartments for about three years. They are constantly switching property manager( ever 1-2months). Every time a new property manager comes, something mysteriously happens on your account(Late rent, or additional charges, lost keys) Keep up with your rent receipts at all times! They are unorganized and do not like to fix repairs in a timely manner. The property has had piping issues for more than two years, but everrrrryday they are working on the" problem." My personal experiences was my refrigerator stopped working for more than two weeks, and they did not want to replace any of my food. In addition, when you reach out to the cooperate office, phone calls, voicemails, text, emails...they will not return your calls ( to no avail) its been over two weeks. Oh but please do pay your rent on time, regardless they will go up 2- 3hundred dollars per year, regardless of your income."

"I love my apartment, I had a few issues when I first moved in but Ms. Shay and her staff took care of those issues and I do appreciate it! It's in my opinion we need more maintenance staff but I have no complaints for the men we have, they're cool and they do respond quickly to their work orders. I really like our management and Ms. Shay is a good manager to me. She's worked with me and is very fair!"
