"My living experience here was horrible.. From the beginning my very first apartment was roach infested 1415, So they move me to 1209 where I spent five very long years. Since then, they have had 5 different office managers, 7 different assistants, and 10 plus maintenance men.. They’re very money hungry. There has been 2 killings with multiple shoot outs. Maintenance does not come out for emergencies because of that. My apartment flooded on a Friday. I went into the office on Friday and they didn’t come until the next Tuesday. The hot water tank went out over 4 times, air conditioner even more times. My dishwasher didn’t work, my stove fell apart and still never received a new one. My kids never came outside because there’s always a group of men or boys standing in the walkway. The gate is never operative. My car was broken into 3 times just in the last 45 days.. The apartments have no cameras.. The trash is always built to the top surrounded by rats."
