"Please do not move here especially if you have kids. Apartments are old and have mold. Dealt with neighbors fighting every day. Smoke smell transfer to my apartment from neighbors smoking inside. Pipes are old left without water heater for 2 weeks during winter. My bathroom always had a leak in the ceiling and eventually fell apart. Thankfully I got approved for a house and moved out immediately 3 months ago. Now they want to penalize me for braking my contract early. How can you blame someone for wanting to move out in those type of conditions. Now they messed up my credit. Not fair at all. Find somewhere else to live before considering here"

"I'm highly dissatisfied with my unit! Me & My Fiance ONLY been here a month and things are already falling apart. Our unit has mold and stinks & I believe the mold is inside the wall they try paint over it because its NO way in a month we should we seeing mold, that's eternal damage that they keep doing patch work over. Things are falling apart in our unit & since we been here I have been putting in work orders for simple things that should have been fixed or tooken care of before we moved in. We weren't desperate for this apartment we could have went elsewhere. NOT ONLY that I'm 9 months PREGNANT this isnt a place to welcome a newborn its very unfit & unstable. We see bugs here & there like it's totally disgusting, I NEVER see anyone working or being concerned something as simple as walking around the property. ONLY person I do see working is the Mexican. I recommend getting our deposit back & they can have this apartment because its NO way they deserve a dollar out us and it's been literally a MONTH & this place is already breaking apart. They be so quick to take your money but not concerned about the property! The gate is broke the pool look like it hasn't been opened in years, the gutters are hanging which I'm pretty sure means when it rains that's how the mold builds up and however else. Enough people aren't complaining because they need a place to stay uts NEVER that serious with me I rather have a stable, comfortable place to stay not feel like I'm being scammed just to be somewhere."

"Parents beware! They have a gate that is not kept locked so anyone can enter. My daughters neighbor was shot and killed there. There are bullet hole below outside her apartment that they never bothered to fix. She was traumatized over it. She had continuous plumbing issues that they never fixed. She waited months for any repairs to be done. They penalized her and kept her deposit for moving out six days early. Worst living experience she ever had. Save yourself the grief!"

"Do Not live here. They constantly have bugs. The pool wasn't open all summer nor was it clean. People break into cars, and they are constantly shooting in the neighborhood. They just shot up my building. I would not recommend cannot wait to break my lease."
