"Mr. Ion Washington was a wonderful leasing professional. Anytime I had a question he was there as well as answering emails prior to moving in. Ion is a good communicator which is always a plus. Lastly, the walk through was great! The application process was easy with no complication again that goes back to Mr. Ion being a good communicator. The facility is amazing with a fitness center, yoga room and laundry facilities. The swimming pool is beautiful and has plenty of room for everyone and the cabanas are a plus."

"Just moved in a few weeks ago leasing office was very professional move in process was a little delayed at first but then everything went smoothly once I got my correct leasing agent. Everyone pretty much goes to work and come home it’s very quiet and clean love the shopping center next door ."

"I recently moved out of Elevation & it was probably the worst experience I’ve ever had with an apartment complex. For starters, the people in the leasing office are extremely incompetent, lazy & will delay processes that need to be expedited. If you ask the staff a question, they don’t know ANY of the answers & have to wait for management to advise them on what to do. Management acts very childish & get mad when you need any kind of assistance as if it’s not their jobs to assist you. On top of that, everything is always malfunctioning. The gate, the pool, the amenities, always are either broke or closed. When you call & ask for an expected date as to when it would be fixed, they get mad that you’re asking like it’s your fault. An office full of clowns, truly. Someone broke into the mailboxes & we had tone inconvenienced FOR MONTHS, to drive to the post office & retrieve our mail. They randomly adjust office hours & try to avoid residents who need assistance. When I moved in the blinds that were in the apartment were OLD & busted, paint was splattered on different parts of the tile & you can tell they rushed to attempt to get it together. It’s ghetto out there, but they swear it’s luxury living. Take my word, if you’re an established professional, leave this slum to the birds. You will regret it!"
