"My wife and I have lived here for around 7 months and our A/C has been broken for the majority of our time here. We have submitted 7 service requests to come fix our A/C and they haven't fixed it. I've been to the front office multiple times and have talked to the maintenance team multiple times about fixing our A/C. Everytime maintenance comes they always say it's low on freon and they fill it up but they never fix the leak so over the course of a couple of days the A/C doesn't blow cool air and it's driving our electricity bill through the roof. Maintenance has overall been extremely unhelpful. I feel as if Shiloh Green does not care for our well being. Would recommend to look at other apartment complex's to others who were thinking of moving into Shiloh Green."

"Shiloh Green apartments exceeded my expectations. Management and staff have a homely atmosphere. They are not only professional but also genuinely friendly and accommodating. There have been some maintenance issues over the last few months but the new team addresses issues pretty quickly. The fitness center and pool area are decent. Security is a top concern, and nothing crazy has happened so far. Shiloh Green apartments is comfortable for what I’m paying."

"Update: Don’t move here, pet waste everywhere and trash. Box call and gate always down. Seems like our mail along with other residents have issues. Not at all pet friendly, multiple changes in maintenance techs but not management itself even though management is the problem? If I’m being honest it seems like the office people embodies one gigantic toddler trying to run a business/property. I still don’t understand how they have been getting away with the things they are doing. Absolutely absurd and very glad we got a notice of being disapproved so we don’t have to take time out of our day to communicate our move out of here. March can’t come any sooner!!!"
