"Maintenance requests with the retreat at Kedron have a month plus lead before being corrected. In my 5 months here I have put in maintenance requests for all three complex’s grills not lighting, community car wash hose leaking to the point it was unusable, and my units air conditioning. June 21st I put in a request for my unit being unable to cool. About a week later they replaced the thermostat and recharged freon on the heat pump. That fixed the cooling issue but, now my unit squeals constantly like a loud high pitch dog whistle keeping me up at night. This noise has gone on since July 4th and is still present. Complex maintenance has attempted to fix this 4 times with no success. I recommended to the community manager to hire an HVAC company to fix this and she did not entertain the idea. I asked to speak to a supervisor as I cannot take the sleep deprivations any longer and since then there has been no further efforts to fix the ear piercing noise. The phone number of a supervisor provided goes straight to voicemail. Meanwhile my home still has a loud high pitch whistle that keeps me up all night with no signs of being fixed anytime soon."

"The Retreat at Kedron Village Apartments is under new management and the manager and office staff are absolutely wonderful! They haven’t been here but a few months and they have redone the rooftops, are mid painting all of the buildings and added new directional and informative signage to the grounds. And, there are more improvements to come! The staff are joyous and create so many fun events for us. We have Friday Food Trucks, Scavenger Hunts (my personal favorite), celebrate holidays and special days of the year with treats and have special baskets where you can enter and win prizes (I won a basket of toys and treats for my dog! Yay!) Whenever I need help with absolutely anything on the premises or my apartment; they always handle in a timely manner. They are really a great new team that care about you and your living standards."

She was so helpful and always had a friendly smile! The neighbors were also very friendly and quiet community! I will miss my home here at Kedron Village!"
