Sleep Inn near The Avenue

"I lived in the hotel. On Dec 12, when I got back to my room at night around 8PM. I found my brown paper that leave on my desk was missing. I went to the front desk and report a lost. The front desk person told me the manager would help me solve the issue. In the next two days, I keep talked with the manager for a few time. However, after two days, there was no progress until I check out. The manager did nothing and keep told me she couldn’t do anything until the own come back to the hotel. But the own’s never call me back and help me solve the issue until today, I already call the Police and filed a investigation report. In the bag, there were many important things, including, but not limit to, medicine, headset charger, a pair of glass, shaver charger, vibrissa scissor and etc. This manager and hotel is very disappoint and made me very angry."

"Was here for a night and we enjoyed our stay. Everyone was friendly (front desk, housekeeping, breakfast attendant). I liked the area. Plenty of shops all within walking distance. Only thing that was a tad disappointing was the breakfast. It was very limited. All things considered, we would likely revisit."

"Very nice hotel close to everything in the area. The only reason I gave it 4 stars is for the lack of breakfast. The only choices are waffles, cereal, yogurt, or a banana. There is a juice machine as well as a coffee machine (I don't drink coffee so I don't know if it's good) but there is a waffle house walking distance to the hotel. Overall, great place to stay, just plan your breakfast ahead."

"Came to my hometown to visit (checked in 7/9/2023, checked out 7/10/2023). The staff (chef's kiss) was amazing. Everyone was so kind and friendly. The complementary breakfast was delicious and filling. Lots to choose from, again, staff was amazing. My issue was with the cleanliness of the room (126). When closing the curtain upon checking the room there was a sticky/slimy substance on both the inside of the thick blackout curtain as well as the wall (pictured). Upon checking the bathroom there was hair on the shower wall (pictured) and there were what appeared to be fecal stains on the inside of the bathroom door along with weathered paint. For this to be in Peachtree City, I must say, I was expecting better! I am a choice member and have been for a while. I didn't use my points for this room, but paid with money. I was extremely disappointed in the cleanliness of the room, but delighted by the great service of the staff. Not sure if I will be visiting again, as I checked out to go to another hotel further down hwy 74."

"I had an awesome experience at this hotel. My room was lovely, bed was very comfortable, and it was very quiet. The location is excellent with so many eateries and businesses in close proximity. If I have the opportunity to work an event in the area again and need a great place to stay, it will be here!!!"
