"The tall older afri American man keeps on asking me for money and trying to intimidate me. No grown man should be asking a lady that he does not know for money. This man talks to the white guests like they’re royalty and talks to blk guests like we’re not guests as well. He does not know me he needs to keep a professional tone at all times. If he says something I don’t like again I will record him and send the recording to hr! Sn: rooms are always cleaned, nice front dress and housekeeping, thank you!"

"There was a 6'2 bbw (either she was bald or had short dreads )at the counter I was trying to pay for a room and she told me that the hotel was bought out by a private contractor so no one could rent and due to her lying to me me my 3 young kids and my wife had to sleep in our car. She needs to be fired I've paid over 1200$ in room fees because she lied to me she doesn't even know that I make 2200$ a week. Because I'm black with dreads and asking questions to figure out if it's worth having my family live there until we found a new home"
"Rooms were alright but had no stove or oven to cook food, so I was pretty much stuck with take-out. The service could be better, my room was beside the housekeeping room and they were so noisy it was annoying at times. The shuttle drivers are all really nice, but sometimes it takes them over an hour to show back up to the hotel. The in-store shop they have has multiple items completely overpriced, but that's to be expected. For laundry, they don't have a change machine, so you'll have to go to the front desk and pray they have change for you. Wifi was pretty reliable, but if you're at the location long enough, it will ask for reauthentication."
"I've stayed here several times, this time for about 4 months and have really enjoyed my visit. Great location, pet friendly, clean rooms and excellent staff. Felicia at the desk is knowledgeable and friendly. And the maintenance man Mr. Walker went out of his way to make my room more comfortable by bringing a chair to ease my aching back. You seem to be doing a fine job of putting an excellent staff in place. I look forward to my next visit."
