Tru by Hilton Lithia Springs

"My wife and I stayed a night here while going to a wedding at Sweetwater Creek State Park. From checking in to seeing staff throughout the hotel everyone was super friendly and accommodating. Check in was a breeze. Plenty of snack and drinks available to purchase downstairs. I don’t know if the building is new or renovated but it seemed brand new. The rooms and hotel were modern and comfortable. We really enjoyed our stay! Free coffee and tea downstairs at all times was a plus and breaks fast was great too!"

"Clean and new, with a modern touch. Nice TVs and very spacious rooms. They also have two things I've always wanted in a hotel room: liquid soap and plenty of hooks! Be sure to try the cool pancake maker during breakfast! Parking is somewhat limited for oversized vehicles."

"The hotel was great and clean. Very modern furniture. The customer service was okay sometimes you can't find someone at the front desk when or if you need something but for the most part when you get a hold of them the job is done well. The only thing was that there were no microwaves in the room,but they had fridges. But the lounge area and rooms were cool. They also have a pool table and games to play to keep you occupied. Will stay here again. Beds are comfortable as well. It is one of the nicest hotels in the area."

"Hotel was very clean. We saw employees constantly cleaning, vacuuming, spot cleaning, etc. The beds were comfortable, and the room was nice. We were happy with the breakfast options as well. Lastly, all of the employees were very kind and welcoming. That’s something we’ve not really experienced in our past stays at other hotels, so that was awesome. We will definitely be back."

"As a travel agent I love when booking a reservation is easy and hassle free!! The person I spoke with in reservations was knowledgeable friendly And made booking super easy and enjoyable!! However after arriving after a full work day and a 8+hr drive with my mom who has medical issues and trying to check in I was greeted in a way that made me feel as if the booking was definitely too good to be true! I was told they couldn’t check me in early they didn’t have any rooms available ( without even checking my reservation at all!) and that reservations couldn’t guarantee me an early check in and while waiting in the parking lot getting ready to be patient and sit in the lobby ( which was amazing just like the pictures) I saw 1 group who came after us getting keys and say they were checked in and received gift bags! Which we didn’t by the way and then 1 person was getting checked in by the same person named Clarence that just told me he couldn’t check me in! And once he saw us coming in all of a sudden he had rooms. However we still had to wait over an hour due to them having to wait to find me a room that could accommodate my moms needs as well. It was a very unpleasant arrival but everything else was nice. But with this being my first time at a Tru hotel it’ll probably be my last after that greeting. I never like feeling unappreciated as a customer and as someone who owns a travel business. And is also a Hilton honors member! But this contemporary hotel is lovely and has great accommodations only bad thing is no microwave in your room."
