""THE LEGACY AT WALTON MILL" I must say moving to a senior/55 years and older facility was not exciting to me. I am from the north and after l saw the cows and the fruit stands on my way here l thought hello I'm in Mayberry, where is Andy Griffith?? I just knew knitting and rocking chairs. As soon as l walked in and met the manager MS. SIMONE, she was awesome. The young lady was very kind, jovial, congenial, personal, adroit and .......every since that day l must say, every decision she has made pertaining to me has always been with the best inducement for me. They have a copious array of activities, birthday celebration branches, trips, bible studies, computer classes and more. There's trash chutes inside the building. Moving here from the north with ice and snow, l have never heard anyone mention trash chutes inside their buildings.The residents I've met have been friendly and very helpful. It has been an enjoyable place to reside. I hope the owners/managers acknowledge and appreciate our manager, MS. M. Semone for her effectual work ethic. Ms. Semone is the sunshine, happiness, the plenipotentiary of the "THE LEGACY AT WALTON MILLS" MARY COOPER"

"Beautiful new (5 y/o) property for 55+ adults. Very reasonable rents due to the business model used by the owners. Lots of amenities packed into a 3-story building right next door to medical facilities, restaurants and other stores. Looking forward to my move-in!"

"Legacy @ Walton Mills, is an amazing place, a lot of us call home. We live in a beautiful community, that’s safe, beautiful inside & out. I look out my window facing the gazebo, u see beautiful flowers & trees, a fountain with flowing water, & it lights up at night, so serene. Very peaceful, when we are all going thru a time that none of us could ever imagine. It’s a time, we all come together, & know we are family. The family that works hard to make it this way, takes very good care of us. The manger (Kristie), Phil the maintenance man., Silva, she takes care of making sure everything as it should be,. U walk out of your apartment, u get a breath of fresh air, like the fresh smell of pine trees. Shanan, enjoys her work making sure everyone has fun times for us to enjoy together. "We have been here at Legacy at Walton Mill for about a month and could not be happier. The apartments and grounds are very lovely and there is a peace that surpasses city living. The staff is wonderful and the neighbors are friendly. The nearby stores, restaurants and banks round out the list of amenities in addition to the ones that Legacy provide. There is no other place we would rather live in Georgia."
