"When I was a resident under the previous management everything was taken care of very quickly. I termed my lease in June under the current management of convey. I provided my new address to send my security deposit to at that time with a leasing member . I have called numerous of times; at all times throughout the day. No one answers. I finally received an email on august 18th about the refund , I quickly responded back with my current address and no response for confirmation. I have called so many times since last week again at different times. I also sent a follow up email stating the current address and my complaints. This is crazy! We are going on 3 months since I’ve left being a resident and still haven’t gotten my money. This is ridiculous and unacceptable"

"I’ve lived at the covey homes since May of 2020. The property is great. The leasing office staff are great. Their responses are always within 24-48 business hours. The maintenance team responds right away. The property is clean. My place is very spacious. The best part about the units is that you can’t hear anything through the walls. I can’t tell if my neighbors are home or gone. The pool is serviced frequently. The noise level is at a zero level even with multiple families and children in the community. I couldn’t have asked for a better stay and management group. I would definitely recommend this community if you’re looking for well kept, safe, secure, clean & professional living ! "New management is terrible. The community itself, loud and always something going on. Can’t tell how many countless times I had to call noise complaints on people. The trash service is very unreliable coming at all hours of the day and they leave the bins everywhere except in front of your house. And they stole upwards of $3000 of my belongings. Lord only knows what happened to it. I hope whomever ended up with it… I hope it brings you peace and comfort knowing it was ill gotten gains. Also. Who doesn’t change the blinds for new tenants when the previous tenant allowed their animal of a child CHEW ON THE BLINDS??? Absolutely disgusting."

"I give The Cottages of Greystone 5 stars. Magnolia was my Leasing agent and she has been great from the starting process to my actual move in. Magnolia made sure I was in the perfect unit her customer service alone gets 5 stars. The floor plan is great, the property is very clean and well kept. I visited the property several times on different dates and times just to see how well kept the community is and to mainly feel out the neighbors.I have no complaints at all. Leasing agents are reachable and will make sure any concerns are resolved immediately.Thanks, Magnolia and leasing staff for making this process very easy. I am proud to call this my home."
