"It’s so sad that the management of this apartment complex doesn’t care. I have been living here for six months and it’s not been a good experience. The worst thing I’m going through now is that I can’t sleep through out the whole night because of the dog stomping and running around the ceiling and loud noise from upstairs neighbor. From the very first day they moved in up till today. I have complained to the management several times and nothing seems to happening. This is emotionally stressing me out.Every night I’m going through the same stress and emotions. My quiet enjoyment is being violated.The amount of money I’m paying for a 1 bedroom is too much for me to go through what I’m going through. Because I can’t sleep I’m up 2Am writing a review. Can I recommend this apartment to someone??… YES. I don’t have any issues with my apartment, newly renovated and okay. but I can’t continue with the emotional stress and sleeplessness which I think is not good for my health."
"ONE star is generous. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!! This place is going downhill FAST! I have been here for just about 3 years and trying to save as much money as I can to get out sooner than later. They sure don't make that easy when they hike the rent up hundreds every year and tack on all kinds of fees - valet trash $25/mo, community fee $30/mo. Where do I begin with the problems. Amenities: 1. The gym is only open during THEIR office hours. so if you want to use the gym outside of that, you are out of luck. You'd need to pay for a gym membership in the local area. The do not give you a key, or key cards, or codes. 2. The pool is open during the summer. There is no regular cleaning or maintenance. Thus you deal with bugs, hair and trash left by other people. There is no lock so people from outside of the community use the pool. Additionally, teens and kids are at the pool at all hours of the night screaming and carrying on LOUDLY! There are often teens and kids unattended at the pool during regular hours acting crazy and management does nothing about it. The bathroom next to the pool is deplorable!!! It is always open and the neighborhood homeless community uses it as well. People also bring their pets to the pool even though there are signs asking you not to. Management does not care! Hope it doesn't take an accident for them to address these issues, because they are very aware of them. 3. Management loves to tell you all about the pickleball court that they just repainted. NO ONE uses it. Most people use it to close the gate and run their dog off the leash. These are the considerate neighbors, as MOST OTHERS just let their dogs out with no leash anyway and watch from their balcony. Valet Trash: While the theory of this sounds great, the reality is more of a scam. Columns charges $25/mo for the service which is suppose to pick up your trash from your balcony or door after 8PM Sunday thru Thursday (you have to take out your own trash Friday and Saturday). However, the company doesn't pick up consistently of the days they are suppose to. Since the new year started, there have only been 9 pick up days, of which they only picked up my trash 5 days. I know others where they have only picked up 2 or 3 days out of the 9. This means you have to take your own trash to the compactor even though they are taking your money for the service. This has been a fight with management since it was implemented in 2021. No efforts on behalf of management or the company are made to resolve the issue or just terminate the service. This is $400/year for a headache. You will find that some of your neighbors do not know how to follow the rules of the valet trash bin and will just put out open bags, pizza boxes, 3 to 4 bags of trash on the breezeways which become a deplorable mess and smell, especially during summer season. The roaches and animals have a grand time while management does.... you guessed it.... NOTHING! Community cleanliness and fees: You will be charged an additional $30/mo for a community fee. No one really knows what this fee is suppose to cover, however, it sure isn't to help keep the community clean. People will let their dogs urinate and poop on the stairs and breezeways and not pick it up. They will also spill drinks, leave fast food bags and trash and whatever else all over the community. Management will be alerted. Emails, phone calls and office visits will be made. They will tell you they will take care of it, but it takes them weeks if they come at all, even after SEVERAL REMINDERS! Why anyone needs to tell you more than once to address animal feces in a hallway or stairwell is beyond my comprehension. There are no regular walk throughs by the staff being done to maintain the property at all. In the meantime it is a perpetual game of "the floor is lava" when you leave your apartment! Parking: This is another issue. I posted pictures. Your awesome neighbors will block you in and it takes them 20 minutes of honking the horn to move. Management - does nothing! There aren't enough characters in Google review!!"
"Autumn and team were so amazing! She helped me through the leasing process so smoothly. We were having so much trouble finding a place and once we got to Autumn we were in great hands. If i can recommend anyone it is here"
"I have been a resident here since 2022, and it has not been the life of luxury that they advertised. We have had constant issues from water being turned off without notice, homeless people going through trash and sleeping in hallways, fellow residents leaving their trash in the parking lot and not picking up after their animals poop, repairs not being done after months and months of requests, and even more recently having to deal with mold in the unit for over 4 weeks and NOTHING being done about it. I won't wish this place on anyone. There have been 4 property managers in 1 and a half years! That's not a good sign for any company. Save your money and find the stress free live you deserve elsewhere."
"They are very nice and friendly in office but the classic apartments need a little work! The carpet was stained throughout my apartment when I moved in and they remedied my problem by moving us to another apartment! I appreciate them trying to help because I'm allergic to dogs and pets were definitely in the unit but they weren't aware of it. Thanks again otherwise the community is very peaceful."
