"The dirtiest most disgusting rentals you can imagine. They put no effort into keeping these rentals nice and will do nothing about any problems you have. Called multiple times while renting here about several issues with plumbing and water leakage. I had to call over and over to get someone to come look at it. My AC broke in the middle of summer and it took them a week just for someone to look at it and not fix it. Rats are a problem, they do not do any upkeep on parking lots after summer, paint on the ceiling falls down constantly. I could go on and on. I’ve talked to the employees that do the maintenance and they will tell you themselves that they are super underpaid and overworked so I can see why everything is falling apart. The ladies that run this place are as mean as this place is dirty and will look for any excuse not to help you or pay their employees a fair wage."
