"If you are a college student in the Dahlonega area, do not rent from Sellers Realty. They will use a majority of your security deposit to re-paint rooms, buff and seal the floors and various other things that you didn’t mess up or scratch. They also will charge you a 125 dollar re-key fee even if you turn all your keys back in. They like to take advantage of college kids. Not to mention the landlord over our property was hard to get ahold of when you needed them. If something breaks, you either have to fix it on your own or pay a 75-120 dollar maintenance fee to get someone out there to fix it."

"If you’re a college student stay clear of this rental company. They take so much advantage of you. Also, if you have a dog that you are LEGALLY allowed to have she will fully take advantage of that as well. Also, don’t breathe wrong or the minions down the street will snitch on you to her. They never fixed anything. Not to mention the snakes/rattlesnakes that lived under our house that we asked to be removed multiple times that was never removed. Good thing it didn’t bite us! Id rather live on the street than rent from her ever again. She’s a scammer for your money."
