"It's peaceful for the most on weekendittle loud the manager here was great has new one now she seems nice people here I don't mess with I don't see gangs here but others say their here and I always heard of drugs but it ain't nothing police can't handle a drug dealer or user is just another person no biggy but for sake of kids here I wish it ain't true drugs no good the road to jail hell or hurting others ain't worth it but I'm living more healthier here since last place was run down full of snakes creatures and no gutters roof falling in floors falling in all time I really had a slumlord living in nice community history self and selling rent to own shacks"

"Management is the worst and neglects it's Tennant's . Verbal work orders go for months without being addressed and when you complain the Maintenance manger / former maintenance tells you to "get a job and you won't have time to complain". My unit wasnt refurbished apon my move in inspection. I myself have worked for apartments complex's and have lived in plenty of apartments to know that management prays on the ignorance and fear of the Tennant's. The elderly and disabled suffers in silence when there A.C units go out for months. Only verbal work orders no written. Worst Property management ever! Mangers like Adrianna who try to fix issues get overwhelmed when they are found reliable and compitant and dependable.Thank you Adrianna... (Keisha Monahan and temp mangers from corporate have been rude and very argumentative this also includes RayJean Lewis who hangs up on Tennant's and forwards calls to personal voicemail. Lakeview needs new management! Hj Russell please pay people what there worth so they can help manage and maintain the property"

"This apartment complex is well known for gang activity and drugs. None of the restaurants in town will deliver here. It's so bad that hospice nurses and volunteer workers are not to go into the area without a police officer escorting them."
