"I recently bought a house next to this store and have been experiencing the home buyers curse of everything breaking, so I'm a frequent flyer here multiple times a week. The store is clean and easy to navigate. However, the welcoming staff is what makes it. They are not only knowledgeable on the store, but so many of them actual understand home improvement and are excited to help. They have given me so many great ideas saving me time and money while ultimately leading to home upgrades better than I ever envisioned. Everytime I've had an issue with a product they have always refunded or discounted to take care of me. In the few short months I've lived here, I'm pretty sure I'm on a first name basis with more of the staff at Home Depot than I am with my Church. Shout outs to Janice and Don for everything."

"We Ordered A Refrigerator Inside The Store on October 17, 2014. It Was Supposed to Be Delivered and Installed That Monday October 20,2014. I Had To Call Multiple Times To Get Them To Deliver It,When It Was Finally Delivered October 22, 2014 They Came At 9:00 at Night, They delivered But DID NOT install the Ice Maker/Water. Finally Today Another Company Came To Install It For Us an They Find Out That When The Refrigerator Was Delivered By Home Depot They Broke The Water Line Connected To The Wall When They Pushed The Refrigerator Back on The 22nd. The Water Has Been Leaking This Whole Time. So the Company That Came Out Today October 27,2014 Couldn't Install It Because My Line Is Broke. This Is My Story It May Not Be The Same For You.."
