"Used House doctors/andy on call for a water leak coming in around my bedroom window.They came out and sealed above the window .Said work would be guaranteed for a year,window started leaking again 9 months later ,called the company and was told they no longer have a person that can fix that and that they could not do anything about it and basically I was out of luck. Would find even offer to contact another location to try and help me.They did not stand behind their year warranty. Will never ever use this company again and neither will my family and friends."

"House Doctors rebuilt our large back deck.They demolished the old deck and brought in a dumpster to haul away the scrap. Andy the craftsman went with me to the lumber yard to pick out the correct wood for the deck,he had a few suggestions that saved us some money. Lumber was hard to source for the entire deck so his expertise was helpful. Not real problems and the deck is up and running. Recommend!"

"I had Andy On Call build a box/shelf thingy in my bathroom to conceal some of the ugly pipes coming out of the wall. I specified during the consultation and reminded again during installation that the box needed to be removable so that a plumber could access the pipes if ever necessary. This guy assured me that it could be removed just by taking out some screws. Here we are like three months after that, and the first time we have a plumber come out, they had to destroy the entire box just to look at the pipes. I basically threw four hundred dollars away, all for three months of having a nice looking bathroom. It would have been more respectful and professional to just admit to me that he couldn't build what I was asking. I fault no one for not being able to do something, but I do fault this company for sending an employee out who would lie to me about his capabilities and ignore my request."

"We had several quotes from different contractors to help us with our bathroom remodel. All of them were way out of our budget. We were referred to Andy On Call by our plumber, and when we called them, the woman who answered was friendly and clear about their schedule, telling us that it would likely be up to 10 days before someone could come look at our project. Then, just a few days later, she called back and we had someone there the next day. The tile specialist, Taylor, was professional, friendly, thorough and quick. He gave us a great quote and started work right then. He was very tidy and organized and explained every part of the process to us. He came back today to finish, and he was as nice, friendly and thorough finishing the job as he was starting it. He finished on time and well under our budget and right on target with the original quote for the work. We were thrilled with Taylor and Andy On Call. We will definitely be calling on them again!"
