"Zach's work is excellent and his pricing is competitive. He's completed a few projects at my house, from installing closet doors to installing an attic ladder, and done a stellar job each time. But I scheduled an appointment in late August to have him finish up a job after I received some parts and he didn't show up. Since then I have not heard from him at all, attempting contact via text, email and through his website. I hope everything is OK with him and his family."
