"Mrs.Ellisa Vervin, Mr. Lawernce, the spouse couple works at the first communities aka the summit East ridge apartment, I do not recommend you guys people don’t move in there or nothing at all, property manager doesn’t care about tenants’s living in this filthy apartment, they will charged rent and damages or else, that manager never does work orders for tenants repairs etc. I hate this place, I’m glad I’m gone from this apartment complex, they done evicted tenants even though for behinds rents because they won’t pay the rents because of no repairs for awhile. So I RECOMMEND YOU DO NOT MOVE IN THERE OR ELSE YOU WILL BE SCREWED. Nichole, I love her the previous property manager but so sad that the first communities done lost nichole as property manager for a good. Ellisa I hope you are terminated soon for not responding tenants a calls about repairs etc, you are not deserving to work there as property manager because you keep on telling and angry at the tenants over a repairs and simple they need help with, this is so unprofessional property manager ever I had, OH last one more thing, Mrs. Ellisa is the one stealing tenants rent money and trying to evicted tenants for not pay their rents and in reality it’s was Mrs. Ellisa the one stealing the rent money from the tenants, BE AWARE!"

"This place is not safe to rent from @3725 fountain Avenue.if you choose to rent from these people you better get some good life insurance because it's very dangerous from all the fires they have in the past 8months these pictures were posted March 30th 2022 and as of now at 3:14am it families outside in the cold the belongings they could only grab racing against the smoke going through all the hallway ..it doesn't matter how many times they changed their names but you can't change facts and proof .."

"When I first drove up to the property my first impression was to lock my doors. It's not an eyesore but not a beauty either. The apartments are very old and dated they have done some remodeling however it is not worth the price I originally gave it a two but I'm giving it a three because of the property manager Nicole she was very professional I reached out several times with questions and she answered without getting irritated. When I arrived to the property she showed me a one and two bedroom apartment explain to me in detail what it all entailed in leasing one."

"The Summit East Ridge is by far the most disgusting and poorly managed apartment that I have EVER lived in. I only stayed for as long as I did because I didn’t have any other options at the time. While it is under new management who are trying their best, it’s grossly understaffed to the point where it takes over a week to have your hot water heater repaired. It is roach infested to the point that not even the food in your fridge is safe. It has gotten so bad that I cannot even cook food because of the infestation. Even when requesting pest control it takes forever for someone to show up then they stay for ten minutes and nothing is fixed. They will up your rent without making any repairs or improvements to your unit. The parking situation is a nightmare. This has truly been the worst living situation I have ever been in and I’m warning you, do NOT live here"
