"If you are a color person don’t waste your time going here the girl in the office does not want to work with people of color and she will try everything in her power to not approve you I just wonder how many more people she have discriminated against"

"I’ll never forget the cruelty and hostility I experienced from the office manager here. There is a lovely Mountain view overlooking the apartments, but there’s a reason there are always openings here. Unrealistic and invasive rules. Only one person in the office who frequently doesn’t even show up on the fews days scheduled to be in there. She enjoys controlling and fining residents whenever possible, won’t answer questions and treats you like a burden when you try to come into the office. There’s a playground but you’ll never see kids playing. Oppressive and sad place to live."

"Wasted my time trying to get an apartment with these folks for them to tell me that my checking is not a real checking account and I ask if I go and open up a checking account and put money in this will it work that way don’t waste your time going here they will give you the run around and will discriminate so be careful"
