"Stayed there Feb 4th was in a room heat didn't work called front desk girl said she was just a girl didn't know what to do changed rooms had molded towels in refrig which leaked all over the floor all night commode never would fill up with water to be able to flush will never stay here again"

"The room was disgusting bathroom has mold the walls are dirty the tub has rings cigarette stains the fixtures are old with mold on them the beds are uncomfortable bed bugs this is by far the worst hotel I've ever stayed in I will NEVER STAY HERE AGAIN I WOULD RATHER SLEEP IN THE CAR!!!! I purchased the room. On priceline and they refused to refund my money regardless of how filthy the room was"

"Our room didn't have enough light bulbs. We had to unscrew light bulbs and put else where in the room. Bathroom had mold and mildew in the ceiling. I am allergic to mold and didn't notice it till the next morning. Have been sick since."

"When we first arrived, we were unsure of the hotel. We prefer inside doors to outside doors. We were greeted and given information. The next day, Darlene, from housekeeping, saw us leaving and was sure to check in on our stay. She was so friendly and helpful throughout our entire stay. She definitely went above and beyond to ensure she made our stay the best she could. Thank you, Darlene!"

"Lisa at the front desk was so polite, patient, and helpful. Erin (assistant manager) was professional and informative and very pleasant to do business with. Overall all our stay has been wonderful. The kids love the snack cakes and juice in the mornings and our room has been super comfortable. We will definitely stay here again"
