"One star gets taken away because they got my order wrong I said black ribbon and the wrote it very large on the ticket and put pink anyway which I told them specifically that I did not want and then another start off because the small prom hand held bouquet cost me 41 bucks!!! GO TO THE KROGER ON FORSYTH THEY CHARGE 20 for the exact same thing"
